CHAP. 79.— An act for the relief of John A. Morris.May 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John A. Morris.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and ho is hereby, directed to pay to John A. Morris, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and seventeen dollars and ten cents, that being the amount of a draft issued by the Third Assistant Postmaster-General which has not been paid, and which draft is now held by said John A.
