CHAP. 68.— An act for the relief of John Randolph Hamilton, of the State of North Carolina.Apr. 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,John Randolph Hamilton.Political disabilities removed. That John Randolph Hamilton, of the State of North Carolina, is hereby relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
