CHAP. 77.— An act for the relief of Alexander Smiley.May 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alexander SmileyTaxes remitted. That the Commissioner of Internal Revenue is hereby authorized and required to remit the amount of six hundred and sixty dollars and ninety-four cents assessed against *Provisos*.Alexander Smiley, proprietor of distillery numbered two, in the county of Mississippi and State of Missouri: *Provided*, That be shall be satisfied that said Smiley has fully paid to the Government all taxes due for spirits actually made by his distillery from the first day of February to the twenty-third day of April, eighteen hundred and seventy-five.
