CHAP. 80.— An act for the relief of James G. Martin.May 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James G. Marlin.Relief of. That James G. Martin, late captain and assistant quartermaster and assistant commissary of subsistence, United States Army, and his heirs and legal representatives, are hereby relieved from liability to the United States on account of any moneys disbursed by said James G. Martin as assistant commissary of subsistence, United States Army; and that the proper accounting officers of the Treasury are hereby directed to close the accounts of the said James G.
Martin as assistant commissary of subsistence, United States *Proviso*.Army : *Provided*, That the amount for which credit shall be given under the provisions of this act shall not exceed the sum of three hundred and twenty-five dollars.
