July 22, 1969[[H.R. 3172](/us/bill/91/hr/3172)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Yolanda F. Hunter That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Yolanda Fulgencio Hunter may be classified as a child within the meaning of section [79 Stat. 917.](/us/stat/79/917)101(b)(1)
(F)of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her [8 USC 1101.](/us/usc/t8/s1101)behalf by Mr. and Mrs. William Foster Hunter, a citizen of the United States and a lawfully resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section [8 USC 1154.](/us/usc/t8/s1154)204 of the Act: *Provided*, That the natural brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
