83 Stat. 874 Private Law 91–22 AN ACT To confer United States citizenship posthumously upon James F. Wegener. July 22, 1969[[H.R. 1828](/us/bill/91/hr/1828)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James F. Wegener. That James F. Wegener, a native of Canada, who was scheduled to become a citizen of the United States through naturalization on May 27, 1968, shall be held and considered to have been a citizen of the United States at the time of his death on May 10, 1968.

That Private First Class Joseph Anthony Snitko, a native of Poland, who served honorably in the United States Army from September 11, 1967, until his death on June 13, 1968, shall be held and considered to have been a citizen of the United States at the time of his death.
