83 Stat. 877 Private Law 91–32 AN ACT For the relief of Ernesto Alunday. July 22, 1969[[S. 648](/us/bill/91/s/648)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That, for the Ernesto Alunday.purposes of sections 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ernesto Alunday shall be held and considered to be [79 Stat. 912.](/us/stat/79/912)the natural-born alien son of Teodoro A. Alunday, a citizen of the [8 USC 1153, 1154](/us/usc/t8/s1153/1154)United States: *Provided*, That no natural parent or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary, by virtue of such relationship, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

A. F. Elgin.of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Elgin, Post Office Box 7263, Hays Park Station, Spokane, Washington 99207, the sum of $317.40 in full satisfaction of their claim against the United States for reimbursement of the cost of transportation of the privately owned automobile of their son, Robert G. Elgin, deceased, E–5, Regular Army, from Fayetteville, North Carolina, to Santa Clara, California, Mr. and Mrs.
Elgin having transported such automobile at their own expense upon receipt of official notification that their son was killed in action in Vietnam on April 4, 1968. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be lined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.

August 4, 1969[[H.R. 3379](/us/bill/91/hr/3379)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Sergeant First Sfc. Patrick Marratto, USA.Class Patrick Marratto, United States Army (retired), of Springfield, 83 Stat. 878Massachusetts, is hereby relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $786.20, the amount of an overpayment of compensation as a member of the United States Army in the period beginning June 1, 1950, and ending January 31, 1967, because of an administrative error.
In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for any amount for which liability is relieved by this Act. Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Sergeant First Class Patrick Marratto, an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, in complete or partial satisfaction of the liability to the United States specified in the first section.
No part of the amount appropriated by this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 4, 1969.
