LXXII.— An Act *for the relief of Sylvester Tiffany.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name of Sylvester Tiffany, of Genesee county and state of New To be placed on pension roll.York, upon the roil of invalid pensioners, and pay to him, from the first of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, eight dollars per month, during his natural life, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, July 20, 1840.
