Chap. LXX.— An Act *for the relief of Peter A. Myers.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Peter A. Myers on the roll of invalid pensioners, To be placed on pension rolland pay him the sum of four dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, and to continue during his natural life.
