Chap. CLIX.— An Act *for the relief of Benjamin C. Roberta.* August 11, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to pay to the personal representative of Benjamin P. Roberts,Payment for house-room and fuel furnished British prisoners, See. deceased, the sum of fifty-two dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; that being the amount due said estate for house room and fuel, furnished by said Roberts to certain British prisoners and their guard during the year eighteen hundred and fifteen.
