CLX.— An Act *for the relief of James Seaburn.* August 11, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund and pay over to James Sea-burnExcess of duty paid on a cargo of salt, to be refunded. the sum of ninety-five dollars and twenty-six cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, it being the amount of excess of impost duty demanded of him, and paid by the said James Seaburn, on a cargo of salt imported into the port of Wilmington, North Carolina, from Turks Island, on the eighth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifteen: *Provided*, That the Secretary of the TreasuryProviso. be first satisfied that the said sum was demanded of the said James Seaburn, and paid by him without the authority of law.
