CLVIII.— An Act *for the relief of Henry Gee.* August 11, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Henry Gee, of Florida, be, and he is hereby, authorized to locate, on any of the unappropriated public lands withinAuthorized to enter land in lieu of that of which he was deprived. the territory of Florida, the same number of acres of land which was contained in the north-east quarter of fractional section twenty-three, in township one, of range eight, north and west, of which he was deprived by the entry of Michael Lott, made at the land office at Tallahassee, on the twentieth August, eighteen hundred and forty, and the certificate of which is numbered eight thousand three hundred and ninety-eight.
