Chap. CCCXXIX.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Captain David Hopkins.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the proper accounting officers ascertain the Five years’ full pay of a captain allowed.amount of five years’ full pay of a captain serving to the end of the revolutionary war on continental establishment, and pay the same, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of the late Captain David Hopkins, in full satisfaction of the commutation money promised by a resolution of the Congress of the United States, Approved, July 2, 1836.
