Chap. CCCXXVI.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Thornton Taylor, deceased.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the proper accounting officers of the treasury Account to be settled, and allowance made for pay as ensign.be, and they are hereby, required to settle the account of Thornton Taylor, deceased, and allow to his legal representatives five years’ full pay as an ensign in the Virginia line, on continental establishment, without interest; which five years’ full pay is the commutation of his half pay for life; to be paid to the said legal representatives of Thorn-ton Taylor, deceased, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
