Chap. CCCXXV.— An Act *to refund the duties paid upon the importation of certain bells.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to refund to the Rector, Churchwardens, and Vestrymen,Duties on certain bells, &c. to be refunded. of Christ Church, in the city of Philadelphia, the amount of duties which they have paid on the importation of two bells belonging to the said church, one whereof was heretofore exported by the said church from the port of Philadelphia to England, and the other has been cast in England, to supply the place of a broken bell of the said church, also exported as aforesaid.
