That said claimant is hereby authorized to file within oneAdjudication of claim. year after the date of the enactment of this Act and have said claim adjudicated by the Court of Claims of the United States. Huston, postmaster at Detroit, Michigan, with the sum of $20,444.90, representing the amount of public funds and property lost in the burglary of North End Station of the post office at Detroit, Michigan, on December 8, 1935, such loss having resulted from no fault or negligence on the part of said post-master, as determined by the Postmaster General under a provision in title 39, United States Code, section 49.[39 U.
