(/us/pvtl/75/776)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationHelry P. McCaig.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Helry P. McCaig, who was a member of Auxiliary Remount Depot 328 of the Veterinary Enlisted Corps of the National Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 13th day of February 1918: *Provided*, That no back pay, compensation, benefits,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act: *Provided further*, That no adjusted compensation shall beAdjusted compensation. payable by virtue of this Act.

Sec. 2. That said claimant is hereby authorized to file within oneAdjudication of claim. year after the date of the enactment of this Act and have said claim adjudicated by the Court of Claims of the United States.
