That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of the appropriation “Pay of the Navy”, to Michael Stodolnik, dependent father of the late Peter Stodolnik, chief machinist’s mate, United States Navy, who died February 15, 1934, in the naval service, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate said Peter Stodolnik 2311was entitled to receive at the date of his death: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.Establishment of dependency.
