Benefits of Employees’ Compensation Act extended to. Vol. 39, p. 746. [U. S. C., p. 100](/us/usc/p100). States Employees’ Compensation Commission be, and is hereby, authorized to consider and determine, in the same manner and to the same extent as if application for the benefits of the Employees’ Compensation Act had been made within the one-year period required by sections 17 and 20 thereof, the claim of George Current, on account of disability due to epilepsy alleged to have been proximately caused by an injury received while on duty during his employment in the service of the United States between May 6, 1929, and March 14, 1934: *Provided*, That no benefits shall accrue prior to the enactment *Proviso*.

Aiken. Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers or sailors David N. Aiken, late assigned to the Naval Operating Base of the United States Marine Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States on the 16th *Proviso*. No back pay, etc. day of March 1929: *Provided*, That no compensation, retirement pay, back pay, pension, or other benefit shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
