Refund of bail bond authorized. *Ante*, p. 536. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Steve Fekete, of Detroit, Michigan, the sum of $500, which was the amount of a bail bond given to the United States on January 13, 1928, to insure the departure of John Opalenik, an alien, which bond was declared forfeited by the Department of Labor prior to the time the alien was apprehended and deported.
