That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Alton B. Platner, former postmaster at Linlithgo, New York, with the sum of $162.50, such sum representing compensation due him for services rendered as mail messenger at the said office from October 17, 1927, to May 1, 1928, inclusive.
