That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Helen Patricia Sullivan, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,000 in full settlement of damages sustained April 12, 1929, at Los Angeles, California, when she was struck by an automobile operated under the jurisdiction of *Proviso*.

Credit in postal accounts. That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Alton B. Platner, former postmaster at Linlithgo, New York, with the sum of $162.50, such sum representing compensation due him for services rendered as mail messenger at the said office from October 17, 1927, to May 1, 1928, inclusive.
