Reimbursement, for loss of personal property. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to W. J. Shirley the sum of $60.77 in reimbursement for value of his personal property destroyed by fire in the military service of the United States at Brest, France, on the 21st day of July, 1919, and for which loss he was in no wise responsible.

That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of the indefinite appropriation “Refunding moneys erroneously received and covered,” the sum of $121.44 to Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, of San Francisco, California, which sum is the balance left after all costs had been deducted from the price obtained at auction in connection with libel filed against one Dodge coupe automobile engine numbered A–917–841.
