Watson, a patient in a Government hospital, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claim an amount not in excess of $30. Appropriation. There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $30, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the payment of such claim.
