(/us/pvtl/72/181).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Orem Wheatley, Kenneth Blaine, and Joseph R. Ball. Adjustment of claims of. That the Comptroller General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claims of Orem Wheatley for blood furnished April 15, 1931, and Kenneth Blaine for blood furnished April 22, 1931, for transfusions to Edwin Grinnell, a patient in a Government hospital, in amounts not in excess of $30 and $20, respectively; and, also, the claim of Joseph R.
Ball for blood furnished June 30, 1931, for transfusion to Harry Blair, also a patient in a Government hospital, in an amount not in excess of $42, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claims amounts not in excess of the amounts Appropriation. herein stated. There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $92, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the payment of said claims.
