Restitution to employees of. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Peter Wiggle, the sum of $2,150.75; to Alden Catton, $1,821.92; to George D. Walker, $1,821.92; to James P. Murray, $1,000; to Charles C.
Kellogg, $1,493.26; and to James P. Bacon, $1,000, these sums having been collected by the Post Office Inspection Department in the amounts named from these employees’ personal funds to make up a shortage of funds embezzled by Charles E. Mussey, a clerk in the Detroit post office, and who committed suicide on August 17, 1926. Approved, December 14, 1932.
