Magoon, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,500 in full settlement for damages sustained on account of the Coast Guard cutter AB–19 backing into his yacht Ornway A–655 while tied up at Baylen Street Wharf, Pensacola, Florida, May 27, 1924.
