Bradley.Application of, for disability payments considered as contracting tuberculosis in service.Vol. 39. p. 743; Vol 44, p. 1086.of the Employees’ Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, as amended by the Act of February 12, 1927, the Employees’ Compensation Commission is authorized and divested, in connection with any application that may be filed by Harry C. Bradley, now a clerk in the United States Land Office at Las Cruces, New Mexico, to consider that he contracted tuberculosis in the service of the United States.
