Temple.Reimbursement to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Larry M. Temple, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,174.66, as reimbursement in full for hospital and other expenses incurred on account of injuries sustained June 11, 1926, at Miami Beach, Florida, by reason of being struck by a bullet fired from a Coast Guard vessel which was at the time pursuing an alleged violator of the prohibition laws of the United States.
