Cox.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Elbert L. Cox, who was a member of Headquarters Troop, One hundred and thirty-fifth Machine Gun Battalion, Thirty-seventh Division, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a second lieutenant of that organization on the 19th day of August, 1918: *Provided*, *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
