Cleavenger, deceased.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, John W. Cleavenger, who was a member of Company B, Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member *Proviso.*No back pay, etc.of that organization on the 26th day of April, 1862: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
