R. 7898](/us/bill/70/hr/7898).][[Private, No. 172](/us/pvtl/70/172).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That inasmuch asLagrange Grocery Company.Adjustment of sales contracts with, by local sales control board, confirmed. the Lagrange Grocery Company, of Lagrange, Georgia, in disposing of ten thousand cotton undershirts, ten thousand cotton undershirts, two thousand cotton undershirts, five thousand shoe brushes, five thousand shoe brushes, and one thousand shoe brushes purchased from the United States Government under sales contracts numbered SE–5428, SE–5427, SE–5251, SE–5625, SE–5624, and SE–5623, 1860respectively, entered into between the United States and the said Lagrange Grocery Company on February 6, 1922, has adjusted its sales prices in reliance upon the action of the local board of sales control of the War Department in reducing and fixing the price to be paid by the said Lagrange Grocery Company under such contracts, such action of such board is hereby ratified on behalf of the United States.
