Friend.Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $2,000 to Joseph F. Friend, of Swanton, Maryland, for the capture and arrest of Henderson Hall, a negro who attempted the robbery of the post office at Swanton, Maryland. Approved, May 22, 1928.
