R. 7897](/us/bill/70/hr/7897).][[Private, No. 171](/us/pvtl/70/171).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That inasmuch as West Point Wholesale Grocery Company.Adjustment of sales contracts with, by local board of sales control, confirmed. the West Point Wholesale Grocery Company, of West Point, Georgia, in disposing of two thousand eight hundred and forty-three pairs of repaired Russett shoes, ten thousand cotton undershirts, ten thousand pairs of cotton summer drawers, ten thousand pairs of cotton summer drawers, ten thousand cotton undershirts, fifteen thousand cotton undershirts, fifteen thousand pairs of wool drawers, five thousand wool undershirts, five thousand wool undershirts, and five thousand wool undershirts purchased from the United States Government under sales contracts numbered SE–6362, SE–6364, SE–6375, SE–6391, SE–6402, SE–6417, SE–6440, SE–6451, SE–6452, and SE–6453, respectively, entered into between the United States and the said West Point Wholesale Grocery Company on March 2, 1922, has adjusted its sales prices in reliance upon the action of the local board of sales control of the War Department in reducing and fixing the price to be paid by the said West Point Wholesale Grocery Company under such contracts, such action of such board is hereby ratified on behalf of the United States.
