Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Jack Mattson, of Astoria, Oregon, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $5,500, in full compensation for injuries sustained by him while in the employ of the United States Engineers in the construction of jetties at the mouth of the Columbia River, Oregon. Approved, March 2, 1929.
