Payment to, for injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Helen Gray, of San Diego, California, the sum of $3,851.50 in full settlement of all claims against the Government and as compensation for damage to property and personal injuries to her resulting from her being struck and knocked down by a United States Government truck, then and there, on the 24th day of September, driven by Paul Perry, an enlisted man in the United States Marine Corps, and operated in the service of the United States Marine Corps.
