A. Clatterbuck.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, to E. A. Clatterbuck, of Warrenton, Virginia, the sum of $24.65, being the amount due him for housing in the post-office building at Warrenton, Virginia, forty-nine and three-tenths tons of coal. Approved, May 16, 1928.
