That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $150 to the Smith Tablet Company, of Holyoke, Massachusetts, as reimbursement for the cost of remaking an appraisal and appraisal book necessitated by the loss of the original appraisal book by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Treasury Department, during the examination of the accounts of the said company for income-tax purposes.
