That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire by purchase or condemnation approximately one acre of land at Selfridge Field, Sum authorized.*Post*, p. 927.Michigan, for a railroad right of way; and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum not to exceed $1,750 for that purpose.
