May 16, 1928.[[S. 2978](/us/bill/70/s/2978).][[Public, No. 396](/us/pl/70/396).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Army.Donation to Tucson, Ariz., buildings, etc., on old aviation field. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to donate to the city of Tucson, State of Arizona, without cost to the said city, for public use, all of buildings numbered 1, 3, and 4 now located on the old Army aviation field in said city of Tucson, including heating and plumbing fixtures and excluding water heater and hot-water tank, which .said buildings are now located on property of the said city of Tucson formerly leased to the United States.
