Tynes.Payment to, for collision damages to motor car. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $125 to William V. Tynes, in compensation for damages sustained by his Ford motor car as a result of a collision with United States Navy trailer numbered 42, in Norfolk, Virginia, on March 4, 1924. Approved, May 14, 1928.
