Savery. Payment to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John M. Savery, of Wareham, Massachusetts, the sum of $1,500 in full compensation for personal injuries sustained by him at the railroad station at Onset, Massachusetts, as the result of an accident which he suffered on the 22d day of June, 1922, when he was struck by a United States mail bag negligently thrown from a train by an employee of United States Post Office Department.
