Adams. Military record corrected. That William E. Adams shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from service in the United States Navy as of the *Proviso*. No back pay, etc.20th day of October, 1919: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 1, 1929.
