Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, or marines, Andrew Jackson Seward, junior, deceased, who was seaman on the United States ship Nevada, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been *Proviso*. No back pay, etc.honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States as seaman on or about the 19th day of June, 1919: *Provided*, That no back pay or allowances shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
