That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Leo Scheuren, of Potts-ville, Pennsylvania, the sum of $5,000, on account of the death of his wife, Elizabeth Scheuren, who was killed by a United States mail truck on December 23, 1926, at Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Approved, January 29, 1929.
