That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $500, to compensate Myra Madry, of Florence, Alabama, for injuries received and caused by the stamp window of the Federal building in the city of Florence, Alabama, falling upon her finger through no fault or negligence of her own. Approved, December 7, 1928.
