Moyer.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, James E. Moyer, who was a member of Company H, Second Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that *Proviso.*No back pay, etc.organization on the 15th day of November, 1902: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
