That in the administration of the pension laws, Theodore Herbert shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States in Company B, Ninety-fifth Regiment *Proviso.*No prior pension, etc.New York Volunteer Infantry, on the 13th day of July, 1864: *Provided*, That no pension, pay, or bounty shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, December 7, 1928.
