Granted honorable discharge. hereby authorized and directed to remove from the rolls and records in the office of the War Department the charge of desertion now standing on said rolls and records against Corydon Winkler, late a private of the Eighth Company, First Battalion, Ohio Sharpshooters, and issue to him an honorable discharge, to date the first of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall *Proviso.* No pay, etc. become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
