Granted honorable discharge. hereby directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of George Gregg, late a private of Company C, Fifty-first Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and to issue to him an honorable discharge as of the date of the muster out of said regiment: *Provided,**Proviso.* No pay, etc. That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
